Operators: your payouts now follow the job, not a request queue

Payouts used to wait for a job to be paid in full. On a seven-week rental that meant seven weeks with nothing in the bank.

Your payable now accrues as each customer instalment is collected, and a payout is released at the end of every period. The final payout is held until the booking is formally complete, which is what makes paying you early workable at all.
